02 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Every project connects an industry.
Today, the journey is fragmented.

4participants.
One shared project.
THE CRAFTER'S JOURNEY

Inspiration is only
the first step.

Finding a pattern, choosing suitable yarn and locating a store can mean moving between disconnected tools and shops.

Crafthub connects discovery, guidance and materials in one project journey.

Crafthub’s customer-need thesis: connect inspiration, instructions, materials and commerce.

onboarded supplier.

IMPLIED ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION VALUENOK 2.5M

10 suppliers × NOK 250,000 per year

Source: founder-reported paid supplier subscriptions. Annual subscription value = supplier count × average yearly price.

05 / THE BUSINESS MODEL

Subscriptions build the base.
Commerce adds transaction revenue.

SUPPLIER SUBSCRIPTIONS

10 suppliers today. The ambition is 1,200 suppliers at the current average yearly price: NOK 300M in annual subscription revenue at full target scale.

Select a revenue stream to explore its economics. Target calculations are illustrative; pricing, uptake, costs and timing may change.

06 / THE GROWTH AMBITION

Annual economics at target activity.
Targets are not a revenue forecast.

1M purchasing crafters × 4 garments/year × NOK 1,500 × 10%

Year-one ambition: 1M purchasing crafters.
Average annual spend: NOK 6,000 per crafter.

Online: 1M purchasing crafters is the founder's year-one target. NOK 600M assumes every target crafter buys four garments' materials at NOK 1,500 within a full year; a gradual ramp would generate less in that year. POS: 5M crafters × four purchases × NOK 1,500 × 1.75% = NOK 525M in annual fee revenue, before processing costs. The POS target has no supplied deadline. Subscriptions: 1,200 × NOK 250,000 = NOK 300M; Intelligence: 75% of a 5,000-supplier target pool × NOK 5,000 = NOK 18.75M, plus 10,000 designers × NOK 1,500 = NOK 15M, annually. Intelligence is assumed incremental to base supplier subscriptions. Online and POS figures are shown separately because transactions may overlap. No combined revenue total, profit estimate or external market-size claim is made.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

Connect supply. Activate crafters.
Build repeat commerce.

Proposed priorities for discussion. Funding allocation, runway, valuation and milestone dates remain to be agreed.

CRAFTHUB / INVESTOR PRESENTATION

Seven pages.
One connected vision.

NOK 5 MILLION / INVESTMENT SOUGHT

Priorities for
the next chapter.

  1. Product & integration

Advance the connected pattern, material and commerce experience.

  2. Supplier activation

Grow from the initial paid supplier base and make catalogues useful to crafters and stores.

  3. Commerce validation

Measure purchasing conversion, repeat activity and transaction economics.

Proposed use-of-funds themes, not an approved budget. The 1M crafter target needs a supported acquisition plan, cost assumptions and a delivery timeline.
